Step-by-Step Process (for normal registration & delayed registration)

1. Prepare Documents & Customer Information

  • Ask the customer to fill out the required form / questionnaire (child’s details, parents, place of birth, etc.).
  • Collect all supporting documents (birth proof, identity proofs, address proofs, affidavits if needed).

  • Enter all required fields: child’s name, date, time, place, parents’ names, informant details, addresses.

  • Submit the application.

4. Application Processing, Verification & Approval

  • The concerned Registrar / Sub-Registrar / municipal zone office reviews the application.
  • If any document is missing / discrepancy, a deficiency notice may be issued (you or the applicant must correct & resubmit).
